Major Kendall Crocker

Major Kendall Crocker is the Veterinary advisor at Australian Army Headquarters in Canberra where he has been working on the re-establishment of veterinary capability in the Australian Defence Force and provides expert input into Army veterinary policy, doctrine and capability development. Major Crocker spent a number of years posted as Veterinary Officer at the Explosive Detection Dog (EDD) Section of the  School of Military Engineering (SME) at Holsworthy in Sydney where all of the Army’s EDDs and their Handlers are trained. Major Crocker has deployed in a veterinary role to Afghanistan, the Solomon Islands, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines. He has also supported Army projects in outback Australia, providing veterinary care to the dogs of Indigenous communities.
