Jimmy Grants Souva truck

Prepared slow. Served fast. Jimmy makes real Greek street food. No greasy late night souvas at this food truck, they’re all about fresh tasty ingredients.

Custom Brew coffee truck

Custom Brew truck with its distinctive Morris shell was built complete with a state of the art 2 group Espresso Deck coffee machine. Brewing a dark organic roast of Fairtrade coffee you will be sure to get your caffeine fix from the team behind the deck.

Alongside the organic coffee is a range of sourdough toasties. With names such as Cheesey Goodtimes and Your Bacon Me Crazy you’re bound to get the taste buds dancing. For your afternoon sugar hit, Custom Brew make a selection of desserts served in Belgium coated chocolate waffle cones. Delicious!!

Twisted Fisherman

Inspired to bring fresh gourmet seafood to the streets of Melbourne, Twisted Fisherman blends the old school and the new school, offering dishes including a modern twist on fish and chips, homemade fresh herbed potato cakes (oh my!) and famous chicken ribs for the anti-seafoodies.

Sliders on Tyres

Sliders on Tyres have been crafting sliders since they rolled onto the streets in 2013. Their philosophy is simple, fresh Ingredients, big flavours and friendly service. They like to think they do ONE thing really well, Sliders! Made fresh-to-order and served on a soft golden milk bun. Sliders on Tyres prides itself on giving their customers restaurant quality food at an affordable price, including a range of street food items such as the super tasty Southern fried Chicken and Tex- Mex corn options.

Miso Fresh

Miso Fresh are passionate about delivering a variety of modern Japanese dishes that combines different culinary traditions and backgrounds to celebrate the wonderful diverse food culture of Melbourne. They aim to provide tasty and high-quality meals to make their customers happy and keep them coming back for more. Their food menu has a range of dishes catering for all diet requirements including: Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, and Dairy-Free options so everyone can enjoy.

Wrap Roll It

Inspired by many trips to their homeland, Vietnam, their passion for traditional street food has created Wrap Roll It. They’re all about fresh, tasty ingredients sourced from local farmers. They are proud to be able to use their family recipes to produce some of the most traditional Vietnamese street food from the popular 48hr marinated grilled pork Roll, AKA banh mi thit nuong.
