No other event in Australia can provide your Breed Club with direct access to such a large and highly targeted audience. The Breed Showcase is a great opportunity for visitors to see, compare and meet a wide range of breeds. It provides all the information they need when considering the right breed for their lifestyle and helps to educate dog lovers on a wide range of breeds.

Breed Showcase Stands are offered to fully paid-up DOGS NSW Breed Club and Breeder Members. Breeders who do not have an associated Breed Club can apply for a stand and approval will be at the discretion of the Organisers and DOGS NSW. (See eligibility guidelines below)
What’s Included for Participants?
• Expo Stand (approx. 6m x 3m) with white melamine walls, carpet, lighting and power.
• Semi-enclosed doggy rest area/storage space built into your stand (approx. 1m wide x 2m deep)
• Furniture package consisting of a trestle table, 2 x chairs and a black tablecloth
• Festival passes for all volunteers and staff working on your stand across show days
• 2 x Car parking passes per Festival Day only. Car parking for move in and out is at your own expense
Limited stands are available. Once all applications have been received stands will be allocated based on the date of application. We will also take into account the number and size of dogs you are bringing to the Festival and do our best to accommodate any special requests. Stand Agreements will then be sent via email to all successful applicants commencing early May. Applications after this date will be at the discretion of the organisers.

Eligibility for a Breed Showcase Stand:
• Breed Showcase Stands are offered to paid-up Breed Club Members of DOGS NSW
• Breeders who do not have an associated Breed Club can apply for a stand and approval will be up to the discretion of the Organisers and DOGS NSW
• Breed Clubs will be given the first right of refusal of a stand within the showcase before it is offered to an individual Breeder.
• Multiple Stands for the same Breed are at the discretion of the Organiser and are based on the availability of stands within the Showcase.
• Stands are limited and will be offered based on previous participation and date of application as well as how many Dogs can be bought along to the Festival
• In return for a free stand, participants are asked to assist in marketing the Festival and participate in our popular Pat-A-Pooch feature and Ask-The-Breeder stage.
