The Animal Welfare League NSW is one of the State’s leading animal welfare charities. Our mission is to be the industry benchmark in animal welfare by improving the lives of companion animals.

Animal Welfare League NSW believes that all animals should be treated humanely, free from unnecessary pain and suffering. We are dedicated to advocating for all animals and having a positive impact on their lives.

Our culture is driven by a diverse group of people that have a common passionate desire to protect and nurture animals in need and connect them to new loving homes. Bringing the animals along the journey from lost, poorly treated and undernourished into a new world full of love and happiness is no mean feat. It takes strong-willed people who place animal welfare above their own.

From our Inspectorate’s distinctive ‘Inspector-friendly’ approach to law enforcement to our caring and absorbed veterinarians and nurses that exude an ‘animal-first’ policy in everything they do. Our shelter, our nurturing ‘palace for animals’, is attended by people who love animals.

The Animal Welfare League NSW is bringing its fully fitted mobile vet truck to the Sydney Dog Lovers Festival! The mobile vet service travels to regional areas in NSW to provide desexing, vaccination and microchipping programs. The truck will be parked on the forecourt, near the food trucks, just outside the doors closest to the VitaPet Arena. Grab a pass-out and take a look!
