Brittany Bloomer

An ambitious rescue animal advocate and media presenter, Brittany Bloomer has been gracing social media and TV screens, as both a television presenter and Animal Welfare Advocate for many years.

The majority of Brittany’s television work was established in Australia, where she featured as an interviewer on Fox Sports Australia, Fashion TV and then the host for Brumbies TV (Canberra Rugby) on Channel One. Brittany was also a regular interviewer at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and the Sydney Children’s Hospital – Gold Telethon Events.

After hosting for a variety of different entertainment fields, Brittany felt she wanted to make the most about all the amazing connections she made in the industry and speak out for something she felt strongly passionate about; Animal Welfare. Brittany Bloomer has been involved with Animal Welfare since the early ages of high-school. Her involvement in local animal shelters and fundraising events aligned Brittany to her path in the Animal Welfare space and becoming the Founder of Pound Paws charity.

Pound Paws was launched in 2009 with a mission to reduce the amount of pets that end up on death row each year. Brittany’s role involves her actively assisting rescue groups and pounds, as well as working on viral campaigns and hosting dog adoption events around Australia. Brittany’s love and passion for animals is something that is prominent in her everyday life and is excited to be MC’ing the Dog Lovers Festival Main Stage for the first time this year.
