We are building a Custom Stand (space only provided) and do not require the Shell Scheme Display option

Please request a loading dock move in time. We will confirm your allocated time to use the loading dock via email 2 weeks before the event.

Public Liability Insurance (mandatory): All exhibitors must have Public Liability Insurance or they will not be allowed to enter the venue. Please see below for more information.

t is your legal obligation under Victorian legislation to adequately insure yourself and your workers unless you are considered exempt. Exemptions may apply if you are a sole trader, proprietor or a member of a partnership in this case you may need alternative insurance. Exemptions may also apply if your rateable renumneraion (what you pay yourself and others) is less than $7,500 per annum. Please provide reasons if you are exempt.

The Dog Lovers Show recognises its moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees (including contractors and employees of contractors), exhibitors and visitors on-site: This commitment extends to ensuring that operations do not place the local community at risk of injury, illness or property damage. Our OH&S objective is to actively work towards elimination of injuries and fatalities. Our target is to have zero injuries and incidents. All Exhibitors, contractors, onsite suppliers and any person directly appointed to work onsite and their employees must abide by any Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements of the venue management and the Dog Lovers Show and are advised to read the Site Safety Management Plan (SSMP). The SSMP does not replace your overriding obligations under the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2004 (VIC), the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2007 and the associated Compliance Codes. If you are bringing a dog to the show you must read, understand and abide by the Animal Management Plan (AMP) and register your Dog/s. Click on the link below to complete Dog Registration/AMP Accreditation. Select the number of dogs you are bringing, then next and select the 1st Dog registration/AMP Accreditation option. Enter your details, read the Animal Management Plan, and select the tick box to confirm you have read and can comply. Repeat process for each Dog attending the show. This automated system will then email you an identification tag to be placed on your Dog's lead throughout the event. Dogs without this identification will be denied entry by security. One registration is required per handler.
